Opinions people?
Bit late for this poll, so whoever sees it - please vote!
I don't think Payette will try it to be honest, got to concentrate on winning to HOPEFULLY go top of the league!

Well, who would have thought it..not only did they drop gloves, but Payette put Cornish on his a$$, after just 2-3 seconds of the game.
Well done Andre, beating the SO CALLED tough guy of the league lol.

Hear hear,
Andre proved his mettle tonight with a good scuffle early on, a quality goal and then incredible restraint for the rest of the game against the Goon squad goading him to get him chucked out. Loved the bit where Cairns was trying to provoke a fight but Andre just condescendingly smiled at him ;D

payette last nite showed that he is not the goon who has no hockey skills and cannot fight, he showed us last nite he can fight when he has to when he floored cornish aka pasty boy in one punch and i cannot see how anyone can say that he slipped. also he showed us that he has great skill with a well worked goal through the legs of cairns and their minder.
i cannot see how payette 'chickened' out against cairns because when ever i saw them they were sqaured up and both skated off, plus if he had fought then he would have got thrown out and he is just to valuble for us to lose in a game like that.

Andre skated over to Cornish and said something. Puck is dropped, nobody moves, gloves and helmets fly, they circle, grab and Cornish is down after one punch !

Yes good win by Andre against a good apponent. But to say he is the league's so called tough guy is a bit over the top.I would say Cairn's/Angelstad/McKenna/Craighead and Darling were all better fighter's than Cornish. But good to see a fight between some of the better fighters.

How about Belak joining that list?? Personally I don't thing anyof the NHL'ers will go. They are here to keep match fit not to sit in the penalty box or get injured by a sucker punch. ( But I would love to see Cairns and "Buzz" Belak go)
