Apparently Michael Doyle cried his eyes out when getting his Young Player Of The Year Award. Then in his speach he really praised Eric Black, slaged of the club for sacking him and then contridicted himself by saying that he could not say a bad word against McGinnity because he only wants success.
Still Michael Doyle = Superstar.

Bergkamps Gunner Stay! Dennis Bergkamp has signed a one-year contract extension with Arsenal, which is brilliant for us, as he will be able to nurture the youngsters at the club and also will play a key role in helping new signing Robin van Persie (known as Holland's 'Anelka') settle at the club next season. Also Veteran Sky Blues defender Richard Shaw has been offered a new 1 year extension, which will also involve coaching the reserves. Leed's number 1 Paul Robinson is set to sign for Spurs he was going to sign for them in January, but was going to go back on loan to Leeds for the rest of the season, which the FA would not agree to.

Southampton 3 Newcastle 3
That means Liverpool are Guaranteed 4th spot and therefore will be in the Champions League qualifying rounds.
Newcastle go to Anfield on Sunday needing a win to qualify for the UEFA Cup by finishing 5th. They will battle it out with Villa who are at home to Man U. Villa also need a win to be guaranteed a place in Europe unless Newcastle lose.

surely thats a bit of a slap in the face for Coventry if he did sign for Derby? i mean, IMO, you best defender joining a rival Midlands club. surely that isn't the best deal going?

I think Peter Reid has someone else in mind, maybe Peter Clarke or possibly Martin Grainger, or even big Dion Dublin can play at centre back. I think Mo chose to leave because he feels that he won't be getting 1st team football. I thought he was quality on Sunday though. He hasn't had his best season but he looked like he was back to his best. Im sorry to see the big f**ker go.

Paul Robinson has signed for Spurs for £1.5m, subject to a medical and agreeing personal terms.
James Milner has rejected a move to Spurs in a deal worth £5m and he is set for a new and improved deal with Leeds Utd.
Teddy Sheringham will also leave Pompey at the end of the season as he will not get a new deal, which I'm sure my mate will have mixed feelings about that.

Mo Konjic is leaving Cov City to go to Derby!
I'm annoyed about that. First my favourite Blaze player leaves (Shuggy) and then my favourite City player leaves!!

I have a feeling Dion Dublin will be returning to Highfield Road next season. If not he will go to his other old club Norwich. We might sign Johnsen as well. They have both been released by City's West Midland rivals.

Can't believe that Ronnie Johnson has gone as well. He's a great squad player and can still do a job at the top level.
Oh well at least Olaf Mellberg has signed up for another four years and Liam Ridgewell has come on in leaps and bounds. That said RJ & DD would be excellent cover in case of injuries. The reason is probably Doug Ellis quote that the bigger the squad the more chance you have of "doing a Leeds". i just think he's a tight git
