The final year at the steeped in history WNIR once again saw what Ruud Gullit might term "Sexy Hockey".
Given how they missed the muscle of Mike Ware last season they added a bit of steel in Brad Voth and Regan Darby.
Blaze favourite Jason Cugnet also made way in favour of Peter Aubry who after a stuttering start had some great performances and looked impressive. Sacratini also kept rolling back the years as the Devils were always comfortable until a poor patch knocked them out of the top 5. This run seemed to end in the 2nd leg of the Challenge Cup final worse luck
