Post your opinions of new boys Vipers initial season back in the top flight.
Were never pretty (In fact they were darned ugly most of the time) but had a set game plan that involved the Mangler showing the worst side of his game as the Vipers bruised their way to the higher part of the league table. GB stalwarts Weaver and Longstaff again contributed heavily, the latter in his final year I believe. Their goalie appeared the most impressive player early on. They lost Anglestad through the players own stupidity and recruited Cornish in his place following the demise of the Racers. Always playing catch up in the title race but nonetheless Belfasts stutter meant it went until near the end.
Strong hopes for the play offs Grade B+
