Day 1 of the mens Olympic Ice Hockey:
Just been watching Russia v Slovakia, The Slovaks won 5-3.
USA v Latvia, End of 2nd:
Latvia 3 USA 2
There has also just been some breaking news that Hasek has injured himself in the Cezch Republic game.

There is a Basingstoke Bison fan watching the USA - Latvia game lol.
The commentator's made a mention of the Elite League and the Planet Ice Arena that the Bison play in.

Sweden beat Finland 3-2 in the final. Czech Republic beat Russia for the bronze. Canada and USA both do not get a medal. ANd the UK didn't enter. Shame really.

Surprised that the usual heavyweights weren't there more than that the Scandinavians were....if that makes sense.
As John comments it was a cracking finale.
