Reid v Ozzy might be close.
Reid may have had him pinned on alcohol but nobeody else can lay claim to snorting a line of ants and urinating on the Alamo wearing a dress. Ozzy has to be the ultimate hellraiser.
To any kids out there, Ozzy is also a reason to stay off drugs or you might end up with your own TV show and two annoying kids.

I cant stand the show as the two really make me want to Elvis the tv
Ozzy is a legend and it pains me to see the tv programme.
I cant stand Sharon but i have to admit she has got it going on for someone of her age.
Elvis was also a bit of a sort but he kept it all hidden below a publicly acceptable All American image.
