So who is venturing back to the Hull Arena on saturday to pick up acquaintences with the Thunder...sorry Stingrays? For those who haven't been before it is one of the more pleasant BNL rinks added to the fact I can't ever remember us losing there. If they have the same cheerleaders there they are always good for a laugh with the oppo fans (Us) indeed creating more banter that the Hull fans at times. It would be really funny to try the Thunderbirds theme to see if they get the irony

AS usual, I'm there...I'll see if I can make it 3 trips to Hull, two pulls... Very much looking forward to returning to Hull Arena, and breaking out the classic 'sing when you're fishing' chant once again. Along with, of course, the famous Manchester fishing jumper...

No need to ask me, i'll be there (only missed one away game-Belfast) a Joelhead record!
Never been to Hull before, looking forward to visiting. I have an image in my head that it's going to be a garden shed, any re-assurance that my thoughts are wrong?

Hulls rink is one of the more pleasant from the BNL. Not particularly large but very clean- leastways it was last time. The bar up top is also nicely done out

And of course there's the Humber bridge Hull is nice as far as BNL rinks go-good views, a kiosk literally feet away from the away support (no long queues) and also away seating stretching from the blue-line to the goal-line, close up. I'd say seating wise it's fairly similar to Cardiff. Wonder if the away block is still the same size, however...could be interesting squeezing in if there's a lot of us..

At least Blaze got a point I suppose and it makes no odds that Hull got 2 points because they aint in our league. Still when you read that Blaze are 4-3 up then find out we have lost 4-3 it is very disheartning . Funny that we were playing Hull tonight as there was a classic episode of Only Fools And Horses on earlia where Del-boy went to Hull And Back ;D Edited for double-post.

When are the Blaze going to turn up to an away crossover match again for the first two periods we were made to look second best even though we out shot hull. we managed to get it back to 2-1 but the whole line went to sleep and let them straight down the ice to score their third. Now in my opinion the players out on the ice at that time were to blame not as a couple of blaze fans in front of me thought and gave Jody a hard time admittingly he was not at his best after he took the puck down below and had to check that it was all still there but its the other teams fans right to give him the dodgy keeper shout not our own,we should be shouting encouragement to them not getting on their backs. lets hope for a better result to night and lets get behind all of them. Feeling much better now as ime climbing down off my soap box
