Apparently Roman Tvrdon is parting ways with the Panthers and he's going to get surgery on his shoulder. This isn't confirmed though.

Edit - it is now. It was announced on Radio Nottingham. I think Tvrdon got a lot of hype in Pantherland at the start of the season and never really delivered...
