I think he is going. One of the best players to ever wear a Blaze jersey, a great professional and a huge fan favourite. Will be a huge shame to see him go (if he goes), but I'm a little excited to see who his replacement could be as Neal would have been earning v.good money.

I also unfortunatly think he is going. Due to his lonely wave, as I have said on another thread. He is a great player, nice bloke, he is exciting to watch, and if he does indeed leave he will be missed

He hasn't signed yet... no players are being signed by Aalborg until a new coach has been appointed, but we wouldn't object to getting him eventually  |

it is official he has signed for aalborg the blaze website has confirmed - great loss for the blaze but all the best neal thanks for the great memories

I think he is going to be a BIG loss for you and in my opinion he is the best defender in the league. A player i would of loved to have seen in a panthers shirt.

Neal Martin, a great defence man, A great forward when ours weren't firing, Great at taking it round your whole team at amazing speed (and thiers nothing you can do about it), Sometimes he beat teams on his own!! WHAT A PLAYER!! GOOD LUCK Sir Neal Martin But if thats not enough i think the advertisement for proboards sums him up rather well ;D |

I can't believe he's going. He is the best skater and defence man in the league and has also scored some great goals. Always consistent, and a huge part of the blaze team. He will be missed by everyone. I thought he would stay for 1 last season before retiring. And now I need to get a new shirt!  I wish him all the best in his new job  |
