Mate, excuse me for being a bit blunt, but I feel you're posting out of your arse a bit. I wasnt in Nott's so cant comment however I do know an off ice offical that works there and she was very shocked by some of the comments to be made. Thats all I can say is, if there is a player on the ice not moving getting attending by BOTH set's of team doctors that isnt the time to make any remarks at all. What are you referring to there? What happened in Nottingham? Or are you talking about Ahlroosgate at the SkyDome? Either way, I don't think either has been mentioned on this thread, because (a) it's off-topic, and (b) it's old news that everyone has got tired of talking about. Wheeler apologised to the Devils' fans, and they accepted. Stop being such a bitter lemon. Also, looking at all these typos, were you drunk when you posted? Leaving my above post behind, I think if you search all the forums I post on, I have never once commented on orther fans conduct and tbf it only seem's Blaze fans that have a problem with us (apart from Shefiled ones!) I wouldn't waste my time searching through for your off-the-mark comments, but in the unlikely event you've never bitched about other fans before, you sure spilt your guts out on this thread didntcha? As far as I'm concerned Blaze fans don't have a problem with you guys, and they don't have a problem with us. Except for you. Sort it out. |

with all due respect king rich if you want your board to be considered as big as the Cage forum in Notts then the last reply wasnt the best way to promote your board as you are the Admin

I apologise for the chip comment-was posted in haste when emotions were ruling rather than logic...as I've said in previous postings, I have no problem with the Devils fans whatsoever. Here, by the way, is a condensed version of what I posted on the Devils forum the night of the anthem c**k-up...you'll see me admit it was a silly moment... Next time the Devils are up at the Skydome, if you come up to the audio box and ask for Wheeler I'll gladly shake your hand (and even give you the money for a pint afterwards-I play hockey after games so can't accompany you to the Orange House for long, unfortunately) (edited) Or, of course, if you're in the Springbok before the game the next time we come to the WNIR, then the same thing applies-I will likely be the one in the white Calder shirt looking angrily at the quiz machine as I lose another pound  Hopefully that will show that Coventry fans are a decent bunch... |

This is all growing very tiresome.
The simple fact is at every arena for every team there is a small minority of idiots (they obviously aren't true hockey fans) that go to games.
The best thing to do is ignore them where possible and get on with supporting your team.
If you still have a problem with 1 or 2 fans behaviour report them to security, don't go posting on forums about it cause its too late then.
This thread has gone from a report about the match to a bit of a slagging match between fans, which is not good for relationships between fans of any team.
Just think wouldn't all forums be much nicer places to go to if people posted about the hockey they have seen played, rather than posting about the few prats who seem to be set on causing trouble.
Spududont, Wheeler (fourthlinecentre) took quite a lot of 'ribbing' from the blaze fans who know him for cutting the anthem short. It was only his 2nd Blaze game in the audio box and he just forgot that it paused before continuing. I'm sure that he will not forget next time.

I just have to give my little moan!! when we were at the skydome, last season, there was a little boy about 15 years old, bahhing at us and telling us to go home to wales, (although i live in nuneaton)lol Constantly kept annoying, agravating etc, so someone called security. i woman in a suit came over and did diddly squat. as he boy refused to give his name!!! I just have to say its a few that spoils it for everyone. And i know not all the blaze fans are like that!!  |

yep he had a burberry cap on.... lol says it all no offense to anyone that wears burberry!! The funny thing is...... he said go home we dont belong at skydome or something...... i live in nuneaton and my brother trained with the blaze under 10s lol... ah well all forgotten anyway...... just thoguht id hve a moan as everyone else is.... Apparently the guy in question (wa**** sign) that sits in block 3 was giving braknell fans the same sign when they were in front. I sit in block 2 when i go down, but i didnt see that happen!! to be honest i dnt look at other fans i watch the game! lol sam x |

I think there has been enough bitchin on this subject its about time we let it drop for the sake of our sport.If you have any problems report it if security dont bother find the management as thats what they keep telling us before every game at the skydome  |

Andys a sound bloke. I saw him give some trouble makers short thrift at the Masters in the summer. How long till the next trip to the WNIR I'll be there as usual. Btw One trip I might wear my recently purchased Devils top on the coach to see what reaction I get. I'll take it off before going into the rink obviously ;D |
